General Conditions

In accordance with Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 (“Privacy Code”), this policy describes how STUDIO AZZERO treats the personal data of users received through its website (the “Site”) and other means.

STUDIO AZZERO will process the personal data of users collected during the navigation and through the use of the Site, as well as when sending data through the forms, through electronic and automated tools (see also subsequent section “Cookies”).

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
a) execution of obligations strictly connected and instrumental to the use of the Site, registration and access to the reserved areas of the same;
b) respond to specific requests;
c) comply with legal obligations;
d) performing statistics and measuring of customer satisfaction’s level, sending promotional communications and newsletters to contacts uttered when filling out the online registration form; (through correspondence, telephone, e-mail and message, as well as automated tools)
e) processing of information related to the use of the Site (such as frequency of use, methods, habits, interests, statistics, etc.) through the usage of cookies (see the following section “Cookies Policy of STUDIO AZZERO”).

According to points (a), (b) and (c), the provision of your personal data to STUDIO AZZERO is mandatory, and the related processing does not require to be confirmed. Contrariwise, the provision of data for fields marked as “non-mandatory” when filling in the form is optional.
supplying data for the purposes referred to in points d) and (c) is optional, and any refusal will not cause any consequences.
Users are free to cancel their subscription to the newsletter service at any time, by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button (link) in every promotional email.

Personal data are processed with automated tools, logically closely related to the purposes inquired and for the strictly necessary time, aiming to either achieve the purposes for which they were collected or to comply with any legal obligations. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect uses, and unauthorized access. The information collected is recorded safely.

Personal data will not be disclosed, but could perhaps be shared in Italy or other EU countries as part of the above purposes, to third parties working rather on behalf of in the name of STUDIO AZZERO (such as those responsible for processing products, credit institutions, legal and tax advisors, outsourcers, and so on).
For the above-mentioned purposes, data could perhaps be aknowledged by STUDIO AZZERO staff, or its data controllers.
The data controller for STUDIO AZZERO is to be identified in the figure of the administrator. An up-to-date list of data controllers is anyways available at the company’s headquarters.

We inform you that the Privacy Code gives you the exercise of specific rights. In particular, at any time, you can request: a) confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form; b) an indication of the origin of personal data, the purposes and methods of processing as well as the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the help of electronic tools; c) the indication of the identification details of the owner and the managers, as well as of the subjects or categories related, to whom personal data could be possibly communicated or who may become aware of them; d) updating, rectification, data integration, as well as deletion, anonymous transformation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that are not required to be stored in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; (c) the attestation that the operations referred to in point (d) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated, except where such performance proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The person concerned, according to art. 7 of the Privacy Code, has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data, even if they are relevant for the purpose of collection, as well as to the processing of personal data for the purpose of either sending promotional communications or others for which consence was given.
